These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the LGA Pro WordPress theme, its companion plugins, and the associated knowledge base and support services (together, "LGA Pro", "we", "us"). By purchasing a license, downloading the theme, or using any part of LGA Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the product.
Using LGA Pro
1. License & permitted use
LGA Pro is licensed, not sold. Purchasing a license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the theme and plugins on the number of sites permitted by your plan — one live site on the Free tier, and up to the site limit shown at checkout on Lifetime and Yearly plans.
- You may modify the theme and plugin code for your own use, including on client sites you build and manage.
- You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the theme or plugin files themselves as a standalone product.
- Each license key is tied to the account it was issued to and should not be shared outside your own organization or client engagements.
2. Payments, renewals & refunds
Yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand from your account dashboard. Lifetime plans are billed once and never expire. All prices are shown and charged in USD unless stated otherwise at checkout.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on every paid plan. If LGA Pro isn't a fit for your project, contact support@lgapro.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked. Refund requests made after that window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refund scenarios
Not every refund request looks the same, so here's how the guarantee applies in practice:
Standard 14-day window
Covers Yearly and Lifetime purchases where the theme simply wasn't the right fit — no reason needs to be given, and the refund is processed to the original payment method within a few business days.
What counts as a valid request
Just an email to support@lgapro.com from the address on the order, mentioning the order number or the email used at checkout — that's enough for us to look it up and process it.
3. Updates & support
Active licenses receive theme and plugin updates, including new features, security patches and compatibility fixes for current WordPress releases. Support is provided by email and through the ticket system linked from your account:
- Free plan: community support through the knowledge base only.
- Yearly plan: priority email support with a typical response time under 24 hours.
- Lifetime plan: priority email support plus access to agency onboarding calls.
If a Yearly license lapses, updates and support pause until it's renewed — the theme itself keeps working on your site either way.
4. Third-party services
Several LGA Pro plugins — including the GMB Sync Connector and Review Widget Pro — connect to your Google Business Profile through Google's own APIs. Your use of those integrations is also subject to Google's terms of service, and we are not responsible for changes Google makes to its APIs, review policies, or data availability. We never store your Google account credentials — authentication happens directly through Google's OAuth flow.
Ownership & Legal
5. Intellectual property
The LGA Pro name, logo, theme design and plugin source code remain the intellectual property of their respective creators. Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of that code — it grants the usage rights described in Section 1. Demo content, stock imagery and third-party libraries bundled with the theme are licensed separately and are credited in the theme's documentation.
6. Prohibited use
You agree not to use LGA Pro to build or operate sites that are illegal, infringe on others' rights, distribute malware, or attempt to reverse-engineer the licensing system in order to bypass payment. We reserve the right to revoke a license, without refund, if we determine in good faith that it's being used in violation of these Terms.
7. Limitation of liability
LGA Pro is provided "as is." While we test every release before it ships, we can't guarantee the theme or plugins will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every combination of hosting environment and third-party plugin. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages — including lost rankings, traffic or revenue — arising from the use of LGA Pro.
8. Termination
You may stop using LGA Pro at any time by deactivating and removing it from your site — no cancellation request is needed for Lifetime plans. We may suspend or terminate a license for non-payment (Yearly plans) or for a confirmed violation of the prohibited use section above, after a reasonable attempt to reach you at the email on file.

9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect new features, pricing structures, or legal requirements. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and significant changes affecting existing licenses will also be emailed to active customers.
