Measures actual rendered pixel width (Arial, the font Google's desktop search results use) rather than just counting characters — since "iiiiiiiiii" and "WWWWWWWWWW" are the same length but very different widths on screen. The dark line on each bar marks Google's approximate truncation point; anything past it is likely to get cut off with "...".
